The January 2027 PUCT filing date, set by 16 TAC Sec. 25.63, is the one to plan against. Founding pilots enter it with real records of their own complaint handling instead of starting from zero.
Renewal increases capped at 10%
The pilot does not renew by itself. The annual subscription is $12,000 for the first year and renews each year unless either party gives 60 days’ written notice; a renewal increase cannot exceed 10%.
