Our Mission
AcreSeal exists to close the gap between landowners who see infrastructure problems and the utilities responsible for fixing them. We believe every pole concern deserves a documented response, every resolution deserves a verifiable record, and every utility deserves tools that make compliance straightforward.
AcreSeal was built for one part of Texas HB 144: the plan element on documenting and responding to landowner reports about distribution poles (Tex. Util. Code §38.103(b)(5)). Landowner complaint records are hash-chained when filed. When a utility seals a work order, each complaint's capture-time photo digest becomes a leaf of a signed, timestamped seal, checkable at acreseal.com/verify without an account. Pole condition checklists are recorded but not yet hash-chained or sealed. AcreSeal is built for Texas first.
